My dog always wears a seatbelt/harness in the car to keep her safe in a collision. After less than 4 months, the back buckle started to comle undone on its own. Not sure when it started to fail and I never would have known it was defective during a crash. Also, the padding is bulky and is twisting and it fits oddly. It loosens easily and doesn't seem safe.
