My dogs love it and ride our bikes everywhere with us we bought two of the baskets for our Chi's. The only thing I don't like about them is that the two straps that they have to hold them on the bike run across the top of the baskets making it hard for the pets to get comfortable and getting the pets out of the baskets are really hard with the two straps in the way. If I had designed them I would have made a hanging wire on the back of the bike and take the straps off the top.
