I am pleased with this soft-sided carrier. It is very easy to carry. It is a little small for my 10-11 lb cat, but he loved being carried in it! The fact that it opens on top and on one side, and has a removable soft padding, works perfectly for his needs. The vet clinic found it easy to get him out and back into it, and they were shocked of how large my cat was coming out of the carrier. When we got back home from the vet, my cat kept rubbing against it as he know's it is now "his" carrier.
