I bought this carrier to transport my cat overseas. The carrier arrived very quickly and was easy to figure out. The inside is nicely padded, and the roll-up sides over the mesh helped to keep her nice and cool on the plane. There is a hook inside that attaches to a collar, so the end flap can be opened and the cat can't get out. The carrying handle is comfortable to use. I did not use the shoulder strap. The only objection is that the top is a little crooked, and I have been unable to straighten it out. It does not seem to affect comfort, though.
