I have a very large, over 25 pounds cat and I have been looking for a carrier that was big enough for him. This carrier fit the bill. It's a little bit taller than I expected (I was focused more on the width & depth measurements), so it is a nice size. It seems too big for airline travel, but it worked well for taking my kitty to the vet - he could move around comfortably and wasn't smushed up like the standard sized carrier I used to get him home from the pound. I really like that it is on wheels or can be comfortably used as a backback, but it seems too big and bulky to use the shoulder strap. It could use soem more padding on the bottom (I folded up an old towel, and I didn't try the leash tether.Get more detail about Pet Gear I-GO2 Plus Traveler Rolling Backpack for cats and dogs up to 25-pounds, Sage.

Buying Pet Gear I-GO2 Escort Roller Backpack for cats and dogs up to 15-pounds, Sage

The description says this backpack will hold up tp a 25lb pet. There is no way this is possible. I tried to put an 18lb schitzapoo in it and there was no room for her to move. I think this is a great product for tiny dogs and cats.Get more detail about Pet Gear I-GO2 Escort Roller Backpack for cats and dogs up to 15-pounds, Sage.

Go ahead and buy it! First, the color is lovely. Next, the size is perfect for my two chihuahua mixes, together weighing about 24 lbs. It is easy to fold for storage and does not take up a lot of room. Easy to assemble. My blind and deaf 15 year old nestles in and looks totally happy, the 10 year old loves it too. On a road trip I saw her crawl to the back of my Subaru Forester, find the folded stroller, and get in! I leave it unzipped most of the time, but if there are concerns about other dogs or little kids, I zip it up. There are windows for the sighted dog to look out at the world from a safe vantage point.Get more detail about Pet Gear Special Edition Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 45-pounds, Sage.
