THIS appears to be the ONLY harness so far that my Rat Terrier cannot escape from. I like other types of harnesses, and use the Puppia harness for my other dogs... but my propblem terrier can escape from anything - except this Holt Harness. It's designed as a total control harness, and when the dog pulls or, as it is in my case, struggles to free themselves of the harness it seems to be uncomfortable for the dog, hence stopping the pulling/struggling/thrashing.
I'm tired of chasing my runaway dog when she gets off lead, and this appears to be the ONE that she can't escape. Plus it was stopped her pulling too!Get more detail about C Nyl Holt Control Harness Small (14").
